Summary: Must-have fan for power outages
Comment: I bought 2 of these battery operated fans 3 years ago to have just in case of power outages. I just went thru Hurricane Ike in Houston area and this fan was awesome. I ran one of the fans on the low setting and the batteries lasted for 30 hours! The 2nd fan was never used as power was restored. My mother lives in South Florida and she also bought one to have on hand. I highly recommend these fans for emergency situations.
